According to Prabowo, Indonesia, as an archipelagic nation, requires a well-connected transportation network for the efficient distribution of production outputs and community needs.

“Indonesia is a very large country, with a very vast territory, with varying geographical conditions. Transportation costs will be cheaper if there are enough roads, if there is connectivity between all production centers and residential areas,” said Prabowo.

Nationally, the 2025 Regional Road Inpres Program covers the construction and improvement of roads spanning 1,151 kilometers across various regions in Indonesia.
