The Tuban Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) has included 3 village draft regulations in the 2026 Legislative Program (Propemperda) proposed by the Village Officials Association (PPDI). Here are the details of the regulations concerning village heads, village officials, and the Village Consultative Body (BPD).
TUBAN, UPDATEYUK.ID – The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Tuban Regency has officially accommodated the proposal from the Regional Executive Board of the Indonesian Village Officials Association (DPD PPDI) by including three Draft Regional Regulations (Raperda) related to village governance in the Regional Regulation Formation Program (Propemperda) for 2026.
This decision is part of the regional regulation discussion that aligns with the latest national rules regarding village governance.
Although they have been included in the 2026 Propemperda, these three Raperda will still undergo further discussion stages according to the legislative mechanism at the Tuban DPRD before being ratified.
Accommodation of PPDI Proposal into Regional Legislation Program
The proposal submitted by DPD PPDI Tuban was previously discussed in a hearing with the Regional Regulation Formation Body (Bapemperda) of the Tuban DPRD.
The outcome of the discussion agreed that the aspirations of village officials need to be accommodated in the form of regional regulations, especially those directly related to the implementation of village governance.
The Tuban DPRD then included the proposal in the 2026 Propemperda as part of the regional priority regulation formation agenda.

Still in Program Stage, Not Yet Ratified
Although already included in the 2026 Propemperda, these three Raperda are still in the initial stage of the regional legislative program.
This means that discussions on substance, drafting of academic papers, and joint discussions with special committees (Pansus) of the DPRD will still be carried out before entering the final approval and ratification stage.
Thus, the legislative process is still proceeding according to the applicable stages at the Tuban Regency DPRD.
