The YTR case has revealed new facts. The victim was allegedly forced to get a tattoo of Taufik Hidayat's name and face on their body. Police are still investigating the alleged confinement and assault by the suspect.

UPDATEYUK - The case of alleged confinement and abuse of a woman with the initials YTR (29) in West Java continues to reveal new and shocking facts to the public. Besides the alleged physical torture experienced by the victim, information has now emerged that YTR was allegedly forced to get tattoos of the perpetrator's name and face, Taufik Hidayat (30), on several parts of her body.

These findings have drawn attention after photos of the tattoos, allegedly on the victim's body, circulated widely on social media. The case has sparked various questions from the public regarding the forms of violence and control the victim allegedly experienced while with the perpetrator.

On the other hand, the police are still thoroughly investigating various statements and evidence to fully uncover the alleged confinement and abuse committed by the suspect.

Perpetrator's Name and Face Tattoos Become Public Focus

The discussion surrounding YTR's case intensified after the social media account X @terlanjurmapan shared information regarding tattoos allegedly forcibly placed on the victim's body.

Based on the circulating information, the victim reportedly has tattoos on her right hand, left hand, and chest. The tattoos contain the victim's and perpetrator's names, English phrases, and a portrait of Taufik Hidayat.

In the circulating photos, the writing "Yuvita 🖤 Taufik" is visible, along with other writings and an illustration of a face said to resemble the perpetrator.

Meanwhile, documentation of the tattoos on the victim's chest was not widely disseminated to protect the victim's privacy.

The emergence of this information has triggered widespread public reaction. Many netizens questioned how the tattooing process could have occurred amidst the alleged torture the victim endured.

Quite a few suspect that other parties knew about the victim's condition but did not report it to the authorities.

"Did the tattoo artist know she was under threat and a victim of torture? The people around Taufik must be investigated, anyone who knew but allowed this to happen. Confining and torturing someone to that extent, it's highly likely someone knew," wrote one netizen's comment.

Suspect's Confession Regarding Confinement Duration

Amidst the developing information, suspect Taufik Hidayat has also provided a statement to investigators at the West Java Regional Police.

During the examination, Taufik admitted to confining the victim for one and a half years. This statement differs from the victim's family's previous account, which stated that YTR had not returned home for approximately three years.

"One and a half years," Taufik said during the investigator's interrogation.

This discrepancy in statements has led to various speculations among the public. Some parties suspect that the victim may not have been in the house for the full three years.

This suspicion arose after information circulated that the victim was reportedly still working at a factory during the period she was not home. However, the victim's activities were allegedly still under the perpetrator's strict supervision.

"The confinement doesn't seem to be 3 years; the victim hasn't been home for 3 years but is still working at a factory," replied the owner of the account @terlanjurmapan.

Nevertheless, this information remains part of the various circulating statements and has not yet become an official conclusion by the investigators.

When asked by investigators about the victim's injuries, Taufik admitted to hitting her more than once.

"One of her teeth was knocked out, and the second time she was hit again with a helmet," said Taufik.
